CVETS is the Official Vet of Sir Big Spur.
South Carolina’s live mascot is in good hands for the foreseeable future as the Gamecocks, in conjunction with athletic multimedia rights holder Gamecock Sports Properties, have announced a new multi-year partnership with Columbia Veterinary Emergency Trauma and Specialty (CVETS) which names the locally-based 24-hour emergency vet & animal hospital the “Official Vet of Sir Big Spur.”
How CVETS Supports PAALS
At CVETS, we are proud to support PAALS by providing essential medical care and vaccinations to two service dogs each year. Recognizing the invaluable role these specially trained dogs play in enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities, our team is dedicated to ensuring their health and well-being. Through comprehensive veterinary services, we help these remarkable animals remain healthy, so they can continue their vital work in the community.
CVETS + Danny & Ron's Rescue
The team at CVETS loves supporting local rescues! Danny and Ron’s Rescue is a great to work with. They have rescued puppy mill dogs, bait dogs used in dog-fighting, and hundreds of dogs from shelters. Click the button below to learn more about the great work that Danny & Ron’s Rescue provides.
Partners in Care with Richland County Sheriff's Dept. K9 Unit
At CVETS, we are proud to provide specialized medical care for the Richland County Sheriff’s Department’s working dogs, recognizing their invaluable role in ensuring public safety.
