CVETS is excited to announce that our lobby has officially re-opened for clients! Our hospital has taken appropriate precautions to ensure the safety of our clients and employees during this time. We look forward to serving our clients in-person again.

Pet Pre-Registration
Make a Plan to Visit Your Pet

-If your pet needs emergency care, please call us at 803-995-8913 and one of our client service representatives can assist you.

-If you are not vaccinated for COVID-19, we ask that you please wear a mask while inside our building.

-All clients are encouraged to complete pet pre-registration and invoice payments online at www.cvets.net.

-If you are more comfortable with curbside assistance, please call us and let a team member know and we will be happy to accommodate you.

-We proudly offer service to clients 24/7/365. However, for your safety and ours, the doors are electronically secured between the hours of 10:00PM-7:00AM. Please ring the doorbell or call us at 803-995-8913 for service during these hours.

Our Appointment Policy:

At CVETS, we strive to provide each client and patient with the highest quality care and reserve a certain amount of time to be as efficient as possible. Appointments are in high demand, and your early cancellation allows for us to offer your spot to another pet family needing to be seen.

Making an Appointment:

When your primary veterinarian calls to set up a referral for a consultation with one of our specialists, we will attempt to call you and get you scheduled. You are also welcome to call us to schedule an appointment at 803-995-8913. From there, we will verify your referral and request records for this appointment.

Appointment Confirmations:

After the appointment is made, we will send you an email with an Appointment Confirmation that includes instructions for your visit, as well as our Appointment Policy. Closer to your appointment, we will send a reminder text asking you to confirm your appointment, and then a phone call if it is still not confirmed. If we do not receive a confirmation from you by text or phone call at least 24 hours before your appointment, it will be cancelled in order to reallocate it for another pet in need.

Late Arrivals, No Shows, and Cancelling Appointments:
Please call us as soon as you are able if you will be late for your appointment. We will do our best to accommodate you and your pet, but there is a possibility we may need you to wait or reschedule depending on how late you will be. No Shows will be notified by phone call of their missed appointment. If a future no show occurs, you may be asked to leave a deposit for your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice by calling 803-995-8913.
