CVETS, Columbia Veterinary Emergency Trauma & Specialty, is a specialty/ER hospital in need of experienced Internists. The 9000-square-foot facility opened in May of 2018 and is growing rapidly. The facility includes a dedicated ICU, multiple operating rooms, a radiology suite, dedicated facilities for endoscopy, chemotherapy administration and special procedures, ultrasound, a 16-slice CT scan, on-site MRI, and multiple specialists (24-hour emergency, internal medicine, ophthalmology, surgery, and radiology). The hospital is located on the northeast side of Columbia an area that is rapidly growing and was not previously serviced by specialty care.

We are seeking an Internist who is interested in being on the ground floor of a progressive and rapidly developing facility and is interested in working in a non-corporate environment with the potential for ownership in the future. Possibilities include the ability to be involved in the hiring of your support staff, involvement in acquiring equipment for the service, ownership opportunities, and flexibility in designing your work schedule.
