What are the payment options at CVETS?

We accept all major credit cards, CareCredit, ScratchPay, and cash. We are not able to accept checks at this time. We are not able to offer any payment assistance; however, we can provide you with a list of resources for financial assistance, should you need it.

Does CVETS accept pet insurance?

For most pet insurance policies, your pet’s total balance is typically due in full at the time of checkout.

You will then submit your claim directly to your insurance provider for reimbursement. We are happy to assist you with completing your claim form and providing all necessary medical documentation.

Trupanion Policy Holders: Our integrated portal allows us to directly process pre-approvals and claims. This means we can often verify your eligibility for veterinary reimbursement in a more direct and efficient manner.
